Transportation Plan FAQ Sheet The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is managing three concurrent studies to prepare our area to accommodate our extraordinary growth. H-GAC, in collaboration with The Woodlands Township, is developing The Woodlands Township Transit Plan - a comprehensive study exploring ways in which transit services currently provided in The Woodlands and surrounding areas of South Montgomery and North Harris Counties could be improved or complemented with new services. The group has issued a FAQ Sheet to explain more and has a Website with all of the details of the plan.
