2008 Scholarships

The College Park Village Association will award two $1,000 scholarships for 2008. These scholarships will be awarded based on the following criteria: academic excellence, participation in extracurricular activities, service to the community and the desire to succeed in the future. Community service will carry the most weight as the Association makes it’s decisions.

2007 Scholarship Winners

Brittany Rivas
Brittany is a student at The Woodlands-College Park High School.  Brittany was a member of the student council, a section editor for the yearbook and has been a member of DECA, the national association of marketing students.  Brittany has worked with INTERACT, has spent time helping out at the Pepelchin Home, and has helped with the neighborhood watch on Wimberly Way.  Brittany has been accepted at Louisiana State University and will be studying broadcast journalism and marketing. 

Rickesh Patel
Rickesh is also a student at The Woodlands-College Park High School.  Rick was involved in INTERACT, DECA, HOSA, the Key Club and has spent the last year as treasurer of the Student Council.  Rick has spent countless hours working with The Relay for Life events for the American Cancer Society and has helped with College Park Village Association events. 
Rick has been accepted to Texas Tech.
